If you wish to set up a business within the UK then you can apply for this startup visa.

You will have two option where to get endorsed You must be endorsed by an authorised body that is either:

Startup
No Investment
Application visa fee £363
New Business idea
IHS 466£/year
Endorsement with Organisation or Educational institute
English B2 or 5.5 bands
If go through Law firms 1500£
Two year visa
You cannot extend this visa
work in another job, as well as working for your business
you cannot settle in the UK on this visa

Innovation

The applicant has a genuine, original business plan that meets new or existing market needs and/or creates a competitive advantage.

Viability

The applicant has, or is actively developing, the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and market awareness to successfully run the business.

Scalability

There is evidence of structured planning and of potential for job creation and growth into national markets.
